We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead our project execution and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery of our premium residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee and manage construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

Project Planning & Management

• Assist in preparing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, and highlight delays/risks.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks of materials and workmanship at every stage.
• Ensure compliance with RMC (Ranchi Municipal Corporation) regulations, IS codes, and building bylaws.
• Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards at site.

Cost & Material Management

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist procurement teams.
• Verify contractor bills and maintain cost control.
• Optimize use of resources to reduce wastage.

Leadership & Team Development

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and supervisors.
• Conduct site meetings and report project status to management.
• Drive accountability and timely delivery among teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma + experience may also be considered).
• Experience: 5–6 years in civil engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/site lead role.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver projects within time and cost parameters.
